About Me
Hi, I'm Tyler Middleton, a student at CNC studying Information Technology and Networking. Not only am I a Manager at McDonald's Canada, I am also dual titled as the Market Operations Technology Lead for 8 restaurants. I have a deep history with repairing a wide variety of consumer electronics with a specific focus on iPhones, iPads, iPods, and both Macintosh desktops and portables.
Skills
Hardware Diagnostics & Repair
With years of hands-on experience, I am able to diagnose and repair devices from numerous vendors and manufacturers. I always make sure to take safety precautions like anti-static mats and return the devices cleaner than how it was given.
Software Diagnostics & Repair
I have over a decade experience providing operating system support to family, friends, colleagues as well as customers. I have a rich repository of licensed software to provide reinstalments of many OS through the use of a usb flash drive.
Network Management
Through the course I am partaking in I have received a deep understanding of network infrastructure. I have experience working in a physical environment supporting up to 100+ end devices. I support a complex home network which can be found under my projects section.
People Management
I've lead the Crew Training program for 2 restaurants with over 80 employees and had a jurassic impact on completed knowledge verifications. Success was found through following up and setting goals for my team of Crew Trainers.
Time Management
With my given management experience from working for a world renowned company I've lead teams towards success through my focus on efficiency and thorough organization skills.
